Clocks sprang forward Sunday, and Disney quietly adjusted its nighttime entertainment. Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom shifted 30 minutes later to 9:30pm. The Starlight drone show now runs at 8:15pm and 10:30pm instead of its previous times.

Why this matters: if you planned your evening around a 9pm fireworks show, you're now standing on Main Street for an extra 30 minutes wondering what happened. Families with young kids — the ones who were already stretching bedtime to catch the show — just lost another half hour of cushion.

The move: Check the My Disney Experience app every morning of your trip for updated show times. Don't rely on what you Googled two weeks ago. Disney shifts entertainment times more often than most visitors realize, especially around DST and seasonal transitions.

Magic Kingdom — Heavy. Lightning Lane Premier Pass still sold out through Friday. Heat will thin afternoon crowds slightly — exploit that window after 5pm when temps drop.

EPCOT — Heavy. Festival + spring break + heat = packed pavilions as everyone seeks shade. The back half of World Showcase (Japan through Canada) typically has shorter waits than the front half.

Animal Kingdom — Moderate. This is actually your best park option today. Tons of shade, shorter walks between attractions, and Kilimanjaro Safaris runs cooler in the morning canopy.

Hollywood Studios — Moderate-Heavy. Tower of Terror and Slinky Dog are the outdoor bottlenecks. Runaway Railway, Rise, and Toy Story Mania are all indoors — lean into those today.

Strategy: Animal Kingdom morning (most shade, best for heat), midday break at your resort, EPCOT evening for festival food once it cools down. Save Magic Kingdom for Friday when the weather is actually pleasant.
