Most visitors hit the EPCOT Outdoor Kitchens the same way — they start at the front of World Showcase, buy something at every booth they pass, and by Mexico they're full, broke, and wondering why they spent $14 on arancini at the Italy booth that tasted like disappointment.

Here's the smarter play: skip the first three booths you see. Walk past them. The lines are longest at the booths nearest the entrance because everyone hits them first. The booths in the back half of World Showcase — Japan's Hanami, the American pavilion's Magnolia Terrace, France's Fleur de Lys — consistently have shorter lines and better food.
