Every Disney travel party has a planner. One person who books the hotel, picks the restaurants, maps out the park days, and wakes up at 7am to grab Lightning Lanes while everyone else is still asleep. If you're reading this newsletter, it's probably you.

The planner then adds everyone to their Friends & Family list. The fastest method: have each person open the app, go to My Profile, tap "Show My Linking Code," and hold up their phone. Scan the QR code. Ten seconds per person. No emails, no invitations, no typos.

Not in the same room? Not a problem. Have each person pull up their linking code, screenshot it, and text the image to the planner. The planner scans the screenshot from their camera roll the same way they'd scan it in person.
